What states do you serve?
CareUnlock is available in 47 U.S. states. We don't currently operate in Utah, Washington, or Vermont due to state-level regulations, but we're working on expanding coverage to those states. If you're located anywhere else in the U.S., your membership covers you and your household nationwide, including when you travel.
What about emergencies?
CareUnlock™ is for everyday and urgent care, not emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room right away. Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for this?
Yes. CareUnlock™ memberships are HSA and FSA eligible.
Can I save by paying quarterly?
Yes. Choose monthly at $65/month or 3-month prepay at $165 ($30 savings). Both give you the same membership benefits and you can cancel either plan anytime.
